HEIDI VAN MAREL
Heidi joined Guardian in June 2019 as our Billing and Payroll Specialist.
She oversees and processes Guardian's billing and payroll as well as company spending. Employees and Clients can best get ahold of her via email to ask questions about their paychecks or invoices.

Samantha joined Guardian in February 2020 as our Hiring Manager
She is in charge of reviewing applications, creating job postings to meet our clients' needs, contacting applicants, conducting interviews and new employee orientations. Registered Nurses (RN)
Our RN Case Managers work with our clients during initial RN assessment, follow-up RN visits, and assist with any questions about health. They also train Guardian's caregivers so that they can safely and competently care for each of our valued clients.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and House Staff
Our dedicated caregivers are the daily face of Guardian to our clients and commit themselves to providing the best care possible for our clients. Many of these caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) with current certificates that are earned after a series of training sessions. In addition, Guardian holds training sessions both at the time of hire and throughout the year to help all staff to remain current in the best practices of home health care.
